Lachlan is a solicitor working across our Banking & Finance and Funds teams. Having spent much of his traineeship in the team prior to qualification, Lachlan has a breadth of experience acting for a mix of lenders and borrowers across real estate financing, leveraged financing and more sector specific deals such as energy and leisure.
Lachlan also helps advise on a range of private funds matters, including the establishment of fund vehicles in Scotland, lifetime management of these vehicles and a variety of work involved with the initial stages and amendment of fund financing arrangements.
Lachlan focusses on delivering a tailored customer experience and building relationships with clients.
