Jacqui is a director and integral part of the Funds team. Considered a trusted and long-standing advisor to many leading City firms, private equity houses and other international clients. Jacqui is recognised for her work in relation to GP side investment fund structing, formation and lifetime related matters, and is particularly well known for her expertise in relation to carried interest.  Jacqui has advised clients on the structuring and implementation of carried interest and co-investment schemes of significant size across various jurisdictions.

Jacqui also has particular expertise in connection with the implementation of, and ongoing activities of asset backed pension contributions schemes, a structure which often make use of Scottish limited partnerships. Jacqui regularly acts for both pension trustees and sponsoring employers in connection with these transactions and clients benefit from her depth of knowledge and expertise in this area.

Prior to joining Burness Paull, Jacqui trained in both Edinburgh and the City. Jacqui is noted as approaching matters in an efficient and personable manner.
