Hilary is a director who works as a knowledge and development lawyer in our Scottish Real Estate team. An experienced transactional lawyer with over 20 years spent both in-house and in private practice advising a wide range of clients on all aspects of real estate law.
In her role, Hilary provides a comprehensive service to the firm’s large Scottish real estate group including: research, advice and support on new and complex areas of law and commercial practice, delivering and managing knowledge and information, resources, product development and innovation, managing and implementing training and development and contributing and influencing marketing and business development for the sector.
