Greig is a senior solicitor in our Banking & Finance and Funds teams. As a senior solicitor across both the debt financing and investment funds teams, Greig acts on a variety of transactions across the finance sector. He acts for a mix of institutional lenders and sponsors in relation to corporate and leveraged financing, as well as real estate financing, with particular expertise in the hotels and leisure sectors.
Greig has a breadth of experience across capital structures. He advises on the Scottish elements of funds structuring, through to financing funds across NAV, GP and capital call facilities.
Greig also worked within the legal team at Scottish Power UK plc while on a six-month secondment.
As an energetic and personable professional, Greig is driven and focussed on achieving results. His adaptability is best demonstrated by his recent experience, notably the sale of Virgin Hotel in Glasgow.
