Edwin is a director in our energy team. Dual qualified in English and Scots Law, he specialises in the real estate aspects of renewable energy transactions across a range of technologies, including onshore and offshore wind, solar, battery storage and energy from waste projects. 

Edwin has more than a decade’s experience acting for developers and funders on all stages of renewable energy projects. His extensive experience advising on both sides of energy transactions gives him a wider perspective of the market, enabling him to advise clients on the best course of action no matter what the situation. 

Edwin also works with our English real estate team across a range of sectors and has over twenty years experience of acting for landlords, corporate occupiers and funders with specialist experience in the office and industrial investment, leisure and healthcare sectors. 

Edwin’s works collaboratively with colleagues and other advisors alike to ensure that transactions are completed in a timely manner. Clients appreciate his practical and commercial approach as he seeks to focus on what really matters to them.  

Edwin is a member of both the Law Societies of England and Wales, and Scotland.
