Daniel is a solicitor in our dispute resolution department working in the real estate litigation team. He qualified as a solicitor in 2024 after training at a commercial firm based in Glasgow and Edinburgh with a focus on civil litigation and disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Daniel worked at the UK Supreme Court in London as a judicial assistant to the Right Hon. Lord Hamblen of Kersey, Justice of the Supreme Court. He gained significant experience in appellate litigation, working closely with the Justices on high-profile decisions in cases from across the UK. He also gained experience sitting in appeals to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council involving several high-value disputes from financial centres across the globe. 

Daniel has himself appeared regularly in commercial disputes in the sheriff courts, assisted in multi-party mediation and in the Court of Session. He has experience across disputes on a variety of subject matters, with a focus on property litigation and real estate disputes.
