Chloe is a senior solicitor in our Visas and Immigration team, working predominantly across a range of corporate and family immigration matters. Chloe has experience dealing with high net-worth clients and companies, whilst simultaneously working with personal and sensitive matters. Working in corporate immigration, Chloe gained experience assisting her team with the advisory and compliance aspect of the immigration-employment influence for businesses hiring overseas workers, and the level of diligence entailed in doing so.
Chloe trained at Burness Paull and has experience working in the commercial real estate, energy regulatory, and mergers and acquisition departments, as well as experience on a client secondment to Scottish Power, giving her a broad spectrum of experience in a range of corporate transactions.
