Charlie is a senior solicitor in our Corporate Tax team. He has experience advising on the tax aspects of M&A transactions, implementing employee share incentive plans, and assisting with property transactions. Charlie regularly works alongside other divisions of the firm providing tax support to a wide range of clients.
