Antonia is a Senior Solicitor and Notary Public in the Construction and Projects Team where she focuses on advising clients on Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Projects. This includes pre-construction contracts and framework agreements, as well as bespoke construction contracts and agreements based on standard forms such as NEC3, NEC4 and FIDIC. Antonia also regularly advises clients on operation and maintenance agreements, as well as other ancillary project-specific documents. She has completed a secondment with a multinational Renewable Energy Developer supporting their in-house legal team in dealing with its UK onshore portfolio, including onshore wind, solar PV and battery storage projects.
Antonia is part of the firm’s Ports and Harbours Group and works with port clients on expansion and upgrade project of their facilities, which are particularly focused on catering for Scotland’s growing offshore (floating) wind projects.
She also holds a LLM in Global Environmental Law and Governance and a German Law Degree (1. Staatsexamen, Humboldt University of Berlin). Antonia is a German native speaker and part of the firm’s German Desk, we where she helps facilitate a growing network of stakeholders in Scotland and Germany.
