John is a partner in the firm’s Commercial Real Estate division and deals with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions with particular emphasis on land acquisitions and disposals for housebuilders, commercial developments, leasing, purchase and sale of investment properties and secured lending.

John also has particular expertise in advising on consortium and joint venture arrangements among developers and on compulsory purchase matters.
