Xian is a senior consultant in our Pension team, with a career in pensions spanning over a decade. She has extensive experience helping trustee boards fulfil their duties and navigate the ever-changing pensions regulatory landscape. Xian is an Associate of the Faculty of Actuaries, bringing another perspective to our multi-faceted team.
Xian leads the delivery of our trustee secretarial services and advises clients on pensions governance and projects. She has a background in actuarial consultancy and in-house actuarial, supporting private sector DB and DC schemes and both trustee and corporate clients. Latterly, Xian was Scheme Secretary for 4 years to two large DB schemes with over £4bn in combined assets. As well as trustee board governance, Xian has experience in client and supplier relationship management, pensions liability and risk management, and supporting actuarial valuations, tender exercises and other projects.
