Stuart Gardiner is a partner in our Commercial Real Estate division. Stuart has experience in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions including residential development, acquisitions and disposals, real estate finance and leasing (landlord and tenant). He is a member of the firm’s real estate finance group. In addition, Stuart also has a particular expertise in advising clients on Land and Buildings Transaction Tax issues in relation to real estate transactions.
