On the banking side, Rhona has experience acting as both local and lead counsel advising borrowers and lenders in connection with real estate financing, acquisition finance and re-financing.
On the funds side, she has experience advising fund/asset managers, institutional investors, London and overseas law firms on various aspects such as structuring of funds, fund finance and lifetime matters.
Rhona enjoys the pressure of completing a deal, helping clients and the opportunity of being lead and local counsel.
