Rhona Stone is a solicitor in the Banking & Finance and Funds teams. On the banking side, Rhona has experience acting as both local and lead counsel advising borrowers and lenders in connection with real estate financing, acquisition finance and re-financing.
On the funds side, she has experience advising fund/asset managers, institutional investors, London and overseas law firms on various aspects such as structuring of funds, fund finance and lifetime matters.
Rhona enjoys the pressure of completing a deal, helping clients and the opportunity of being lead and local counsel.
