Rachel is a senior associate in our Commercial Real Estate team, with experience in acting for both developers and promoters on a variety of commercial, residential and mixed use developments.

She has advised on all elements of the development process, from the title examination and acquisition of the site, through the development to the ultimate sale of the property, as a whole or as developed plots.

Rachel also has experience working with a variety of commercial and institutional landlords and tenants. She has advised on all aspects of lease management, including leasing and ongoing lease management, agreements for lease and development agreements, deeds of conditions and termination.
