Nikki is an experienced solicitor with a background in dispute resolution and immigration and human rights law. She was a director in our immigration team specialising in business migration before joining our general counsel team in 2024. The general counsel team advise the firm on a variety of legal and regulatory matters, including compliance and risk management. Nikki has a special interest in data protection law and has a Law Society of Scotland Certification in Data Protection. She was appointed as the firm’s Data Protection Officer in June 2025.
Nikki advises clearly and is very supportive. She is efficient and there is an easy dynamic working with her.
