Mike is a Partner in the Real Estate team in Edinburgh and a key member of our Transformation and Innovation Strategy Group who are responsible for driving forward the innovation and technology strategy for the firm.
Mike has a dual role within the housebuilding team. He advises on the commercial aspects of site acquisition and site set up; but also manages a team of paralegals who are responsible for selling individual new build properties for a number of active housebuilders across Scotland. His role requires him to be involved with a residential development from acquisition all the way through to the sale of the last property. Mike therefore brings a holistic approach to every aspect of this work, having a thorough understanding of each step within the process together with an appreciation of how all of the steps contribute to the bigger picture.
Over the past 5 years, Mike has grown and developed our market leading Home Sales Team allowing them to provide the highest quality of service while efficiently discharging a large volume of work. His passion for continuous improvement both in terms of our people and our process has resulted in significant improvements to the service we provide and huge benefits to our clients.
