Mark is an experienced commercial real estate lawyer and his work includes commercial leasing, the acquisition and sale of commercial and investment real estate and acting for a number of local and public authorities and similar organisations across a variety of projects.
He is also involved in portfolio management, development projects, real estate funding and working with the corporate department on commercial real estate issues in sale and purchase agreements and funding arrangements.
