Lucy is a solicitor in the Corporate team in Edinburgh. Lucy advises on corporate transactions across a broad range of sectors with experience working on mergers and acquisitions, disposals, equity investments, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work.
Lucy has spent time on secondment to firm clients Sony Interactive Entertainment, Ocean Winds and Chesnara plc gaining a range of in-house experience across the renewable energy, digital, technology and financial sectors.
