Laura is a senior associate in our Employment team.
On the employer side, she advises on the full spectrum of our clients’ people issues, working on both contentious and non-contentious matters. From disciplinary, capability and grievance proceedings to large scale redundancy projects and TUPE transfers, Laura has a wealth of experience in ER matters.
Laura also has experience in running tribunal claims and has a keen interest in mediation.
She also assists employers with detailed policy and contractual reviews, and advises our clients on contractual disputes (including, in particular, disputes concerning post-termination restrictions).
Laura regularly delivers training workshops to HR teams and managers.
In addition to the above, Laura is also experienced in advising individuals on their own employment-related matters and often negotiates settlement agreements on behalf of departing employees.
