Kirit advises sponsors on the full spectrum of private funds transactions, ranging from initial formation through to the structuring of management incentive schemes including carried interest and co-investment arrangements and secondary markets transactions. Kirit also has experience advising investors carrying out investments in private funds structures and sponsors in respect of fund financing.
