Karolina is a Senior Associate in our Tax team, providing advice primarily on taxation of businesses and property. She has experience advising on a wide range of domestic and international tax issues, including in relation to mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, business operations, and property transactions, for a variety of clients, from owner-managed businesses to established multinational companies.
Prior to joining Burness Paull, Karolina worked in international tax services at a Big 4 accounting firm and with major London law firms on regulatory compliance investigations and litigation. She has a master’s degree in international tax law from King’s College London.
