Joshua is an associate in our contentious Construction team, who regularly advises employers, contractors and sub-contractors on a range of complex disputes.
Joshua has particular experience in resolving disputes through adjudication and arbitration, as well as through litigation in the Scottish courts.
Joshua has also completed a six month secondment with the commercial legal team at Phoenix Group.
