Hannah is an associate in the firm’s dedicated English real estate team. Hannah trained and originally practiced in London and joined our English Real Estate team following her re-location to Edinburgh.
She has more than 7 years’ of commercial real estate experience in all areas of real estate law. In recent years she has acted for sellers and purchasers in large commercial acquisitions and disposals. Hannah also regularly acts for landlords and occupiers, mainly in relation to the leasing of office, industrial and retail property throughout England and Wales. She has significant experience in general real estate portfolio management and is equally comfortable acting on landlord or tenant side.
