Alexine is the Team Leader of our Company Secretarial team.
Alexine is a Law Society of Scotland Accredited Paralegal who provides a range of company secretarial services to private companies and LLPs, including assisting with the incorporation of new companies and LLPs, with a focus on ensuring our clients meet their ongoing statutory obligations. Alexine works closely with colleagues in our corporate teams and provides relevant company secretarial advice and assistance in transactional matters.
Alexine also has extensive experience in working with our funds team, providing advice and assistance in respect of LLPs, private companies and Scottish limited partnerships.
