Jenny Scott

Jenny is a senior solicitor within our Dispute Resolution team working primarily in fraud, insolvency and telecoms matters as well as assisting colleagues in a variety of commercial disputes.

Prior to joining, she trained at a specialist personal injury firm during which she independently managed a high case holding and developed excellent advocacy skills, careful analysis of complex areas of law and negotiation techniques. She has experience working in all levels of court including both the Court of Session and Land Tribunal for Scotland.

Since joining, she has advised on disputes dealing with the Electronic Communications Code, debt recovery, insolvency and breach of contract.

Jenny is dual qualified to practise in Scotland and England & Wales.
