Megan is a Senior Solicitor in our Dispute Resolution department, working in the Real Estate Litigation team.
She assists with contentious property issues, including a wide variety of landlord and tenant matters. Megan has experience appearing in the Sheriff Court and the First-Tier Tribunal (Housing and Property Chamber) and has assisted in actions raised in the Scottish Land Court, the Lands Tribunal for Scotland and the Court of Session. Megan also has experience assisting with alternative forms of dispute resolution, including mediation.
