Pauline is a senior associate in our Dispute Resolution team. She is a skilled litigator dealing with a wide range of complex commercial disputes. In addition to general commercial litigation, Pauline’s practice focuses on advising consumer facing businesses on issues such as product safety, advertising and consumer rights.
Pauline has particular expertise in group litigation, and regularly advises on high profile international group actions. Pauline’s is a key member of our Band 1 ranked product liability team, and provides practical advice on product litigation, recalls, withdrawals, and introducing new products to the market. Pauline frequently works in international legal teams in concert with lawyers in England, the USA and other overseas jurisdictions.
Often engaged by clients at a crucial moment for their business, Pauline’s ability to manage challenging situations in a measured and organised manner enables her to act quickly while giving practical and strategic advice. Her experience runs the gamut of consumer industries, including pharma, medical device, automotive, technology and food and drink.
Pauline is named in Chambers 2021 as Scotland’s only Associate to Watch for Product Liability.
