Fiona is a Director in our Employment team. Fiona trained and worked at an international law firm for 9 years. Fiona then worked in-house at a global insurance brokerage company before joining the Employment team as a senior associate in 2021.

Fiona works with clients across a broad variety of sectors and has a wealth of experience advising Scottish, English and International clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment issues.

Fiona is very pragmatic and approachable and invests significant time in developing strong client relationships and learning about her clients’ businesses and their internal culture. This enables her to provide commercial and practical advice and assist clients in reaching their desired outcomes.
