Rachel is a solicitor in the Dispute Resolution division. She qualified as a solicitor in 2025 after training at an independent commercial firm where she gained experience dealing with a variety of high value and complex commercial disputes. 

Rachel has frequently assisted with Court of Session actions and has experience at Sheriff Court level. She is now focused on property disputes and works primarily within the Real Estate Litigation team. 

Prior to completing her traineeship, Rachel worked in Regulation and Compliance for a Scottish care home provider.
