Alison is an experienced corporate finance lawyer with experience in both in-house and in private practice. Having worked as a Knowledge & Development Lawyer in our Corporate Finance team for many years, Alison now forms part of our General Counsel team. As part of the GC team Alison is involved in all areas of risk and compliance and also works alongside our Client Relations Partner.
