Alex is a Senior Solicitor in our Restructuring & Insolvency Team.
Alex has experience working on a broad range of restructuring and insolvency matters including insolvency and enforcement advice and action; advice to boards of distressed companies; and acting for insolvency practitioners on matters arising from insolvencies. In particular, recent assignments have included pre-pack administrations, insolvent business and asset sales and contentious IP appointments.
Alex has been involved in matters covering a range of sectors including hospitality and leisure, real estate and professional firms.
