Adam is a senior solicitor in our Banking & Finance team. Adam joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in 2021 and, following qualification, worked at two large US-headquartered law firms in London. In 2025, Adam returned to the team as a senior solicitor.
His experience involves advising banks, private lenders, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers across a range of sectors in relation to Scottish and cross-border finance transactions. He predominantly works on acquisition and leveraged finance as well as real estate finance.
Recent work highlights include:
• Advising Scotland’s premier free-to-air public broadcast television channel in relation to an amendment to their existing facilities;
• Advising two medical debt funds in connection with facilities advanced to a large multi-national pharmaceutical group; and
• Assisting the world’s largest studio operating and production services company with the Scots law elements of their circa $1bn refinancing.
Adam is efficient and personable with a focus on delivering a tailored client experience whilst managing fast-paced complex transactions.
