Kirit has experience advising GPs from initial formation and fundraising through to secondary market transactions and the structuring of carried interest and co-investment arrangements. Kirit also has experience advising institutional investors on their investment in private funds across a range of asset classes.
He is a personable and tenacious lawyer who thrives under pressure to complete deals for clients.
