Jenny is a dual qualified associate within our Dispute Resolution team with a broad commercial litigation practice in Scotland, England and Wales. In particular, she specialises in insolvency litigation and telecoms.

She has acted in a wide range of cases, including director disqualifications and misfeasance actions for a variety of different clients. As well as her specialties, she has a strong general commercial litigation practice including international arbitration and property litigation.
