Jenny is a senior solicitor qualified in England & Wales and works in our Banking & Finance and Funds teams. She advises on private investment fund structures, and also acts for lenders and corporate borrowers across the full range of finance transactions.
Prior to joining Burness Paull, Jenny worked in both capital and derivatives markets, as well as in the traditional banking & finance sector, as a legal negotiator and team lead.
Jenny has acted as lead counsel on a fund structuring transaction for a global asset manager and she regularly advises on fund liquidations, fund financings and fund structuring deals.
Born and raised in Rome, Jenny moved to England to study law in 2015 and she now lives in Edinburgh. She is very personable and down to earth. She is very focussed, detail orientated and pragmatic in her approach.
