Conor is a senior associate in our Banking and Funds team with experience in advising a wide range of borrowers, lenders, investment managers and investors.
He regularly acts alongside City and overseas firms in advising clients on finance matters from relatively straightforward cross-border real estate transactions to substantial debt restructurings of listed UK energy companies and corporate acquisitions.
As one of the primary contacts for a number of our European and US based investment managers Conor regularly assists them with the structuring, financing and lifetime aspects of a number of their multi-billion US dollar funds.
Conor is described by clients as “exceptional” and “down to earth”. Conor has spent six-months on secondment to the European Investment Fund.
Recent work includes advising:
• EIF on its $300 million investment in [Atomico] Growth VI.
• A major North American Pension Fund on their debt participation in the Lipton Teas split out from Unilever.
• Stafford Capital Partners on their infrastructure [securities] investing.
