Rosie is a senior solicitor in our Employment team. She provides advice to clients from a range of sectors and covering a range of topics. Her advisory work includes disciplinary and grievance issues; employee complaints; the implications of TUPE; consultation exercises (redundancy, TUPE or large scale business changes); working time and holiday pay. She also provides technical legal advice when required.
Rosie also has experience advising on contentious matters, namely the negotiation of settlement agreements and the defence of Employment Tribunal claims, including undertaking advocacy at tribunal hearings.
The clients Rosie supports come from a variety of sectors including energy, social housing, charities, automobiles, insurance and financial services.
