Olivia Smith
Associate
Olivia is an associate in the Commercial Real Estate team in Edinburgh, with a particular focus on renewable energy projects. Olivia has experience dealing with transactions for developers and funders across a range of technologies, including onshore and offshore wind, solar and energy from waste projects. Olivia has also advised on a wide range of commercial real estate matters including acquisitions and disposals, investment transactions and real estate finance.
Olivia has experience working in-house, having spent 6 months on secondment to Standard Life Aberdeen gaining an invaluable insight into the service requirements from a client perspective.
Olivia was the winner of the Professional Service Award at Scottish Renewables’ Young Professionals Green Energy Awards 2021.
