Louise Conroy

Louise is a director within our Commercial Real Estate team and advises on a wide range of real estate matters including all aspects of leasing (acting on behalf of both landlords and tenants), acquisitions and disposals and funding transactions. She has considerable experience in renewable energy projects, acting for both landowners and developers for wind farms and hydro schemes which often include complex title issues ranging from bespoke tenancy compensation agreements to crofting requirements.

Louise acts for a diverse client base spanning the private, public and quasi-public sectors and also works alongside City and regional firms on cross border deals to provide Scottish real estate advice.
