Leigh is a senior solicitor in our Employment team. She provides advice on all employment law matters, including: day-to-day employment advice and HR support, contracts, discipline and grievance, discrimination, restructuring and redundancies, large scale changes to terms and conditions, TUPE, restrictive covenants, drafting and negotiation of settlement agreements, corporate support and representing clients in the Employment Tribunal in a wide range of matters. Leigh also has experience in-house from assisting clients with large scale redundancies and changes to terms and conditions during her two secondments.
Leigh works closely with clients in a number of different industry sectors including energy, financial services, retail, housing and social care, food and drink, media, technology and sport.
