Kevin sits within our Company Secretarial team as one of our company secretaries, and has over 6 years’ experience in delivering company secretarial services to a considerable number of clients covering many different sectors of the economy.
Most recently, Kevin has direct experience in providing high quality company secretarial solutions to corporate clients and funds through the support of PFI projects, ensuring that all statutory and compliance related matters were dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
As part of the team here at Burness Paull, Kevin looks after all the company secretarial aspects for a variety of different clients, including dealing with the incorporation of new companies and LLPs, ensuring clients meet their ongoing statutory obligations under the Companies Act 2006 and associated legislation, as well as supporting colleagues in their transactional matters across all divisions of the firm.
