Jennifer is a consultant in the firm’s Pensions team, having moved back to private practice after spending five years as legal director of Aegon UK plc, a leading financial services organisation. She has extensive experience as a pensions lawyer, pension scheme secretary and independent trustee.
Jennifer is consistently listed as a leading individual in pensions in the legal directories (Chambers) with clients commenting:

Jennifer specialises in pension scheme governance, supporting trustee boards and employers in fulfilling their legal obligations in relation to pensions in an efficient and effective way. With her in-house experience in the financial services market, Jennifer has the knowledge and awareness of running a pension scheme from the perspectives of both trustees and employers, making her ideally placed to provide commercial and pragmatic advice in a way which she knows, from experience, will be workable in practice. She also provides company secretarial support to corporate pension trustees.
Jennifer is the Vice Chair of the Scottish Police Pensions Board which assists the Scottish Public Pensions Agency in ensuring the effective and efficient governance and administration of the Scottish Police Pension Scheme.
