Fiona Tosh

Fiona is a senior associate in our Dispute Resolution department, specialising in commercial litigation. She advises on property and contractual disputes, with a focus on insolvency, breach of contract and landlord and tenant.

Fiona has acted for The Insolvency Service investigating the conduct of company directors and pursuing disqualification proceedings against directors where misconduct is identified. She has also acted for insolvency practitioners in providing advice and representation in connection with court actions arising from personal and corporate insolvencies.

Fiona has experience of acting for clients in the Court of Session and regularly appears in sheriff courts across Scotland, dealing with a variety of contentious matters.
