Employment Law Conference: Discrimination Summit 2019

Employment Law Conference: Discrimination Summit 2019

Employment Law Conference: Discrimination Summit 2019

Our much anticipated annual employment law seminars will take place this October. Join the Burness Paull employment law team, once again supported by the illustrious Sean Jones QC, at morning sessions in Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow.

This year, we will be focussing on discrimination law with Sean Jones QC providing an insightful round up of key developments.

We will also be looking at an evolving area of discrimination law: Neurodiversity. According to recently published guidance by ACAS, it is estimated that around 1 in 7 people (more than 15% of people in the UK) are neurodivergent, meaning that the brain functions, learns and processes information differently. As well as helping you understand your legal duties towards neurodivergent employees, leading experts will provide practical guidance on how to support and empower a neurodivergent workforce.

A must-attend for HR professionals, in-house solicitors and business leaders with responsibility for - and interest in – people issues. Get your hard-law fix with compelling content that confronts employment law challenges head on.
