Walter offers particular experience of M&A in the financial services sector.  He has worked on secondment to Standard Life in the lead up to its demutualisation, with RBS in its M&A legal team and in the General Counsel's team at Aegon.  He is identified in Legal 500 as a "key name for financial services sector transactions".

Walter has first class deal management, negotiation and drafting skills.
