Jonathan provides our legal teams with strategic and practical support on the firm's approach to new business proposals. He also leads the firm's extensive client feedback programme, as well as various initiatives that support client relationship development.
Among his interests are pricing and innovation and he sits on internal teams that focus on improving client experience in both aspects.
Prior to joining Burness Paull, Jonathan worked in various commercial roles including an advisory role, working with various international corporations.
