David Scott

David is a Paralegal in our Dispute Resolution team with over 20 years’ experience in debt recovery. David works closely with solicitors and regularly raises actions in the Court of Session for copyright infringement. He acts for PPL PRS and Sky, enforcing against premises who do not have the appropriate licences or commercial agreements in place. He also works with solicitors in our Insolvency actions.

David is a Law Society of Scotland Accredited Paralegal and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (MCICM).
