Shannan is an associate in our contentious Construction team with experience of advising clients in relation to complex commercial disputes.
Shannan’s work includes providing advice to design team professionals, contractors, sub-contractors and employers in relation to the interpretation of engineering and construction contracts; mitigation advice and dispute prevention; and resolving unavoidable disputes.
Shannan has acted for clients in high value claims in the Scottish courts and also has experience resolving disputes through adjudication and mediation, as well as in negotiating settlements.
